Thornhill started with a simple idea: Design and build a product that lets us say yes to that last minute ride. The idea led James and the crew on a wild journey consisting of research, design, prototyping, testing and refinement. This process manifested the KItloader, a modular and breathable, 'gear garage' featuring a unique construction that blends fiberglass, blow molded sheeting and fabrics used in rugged and industrial applications. The sum of its parts results in an ultralight and flexible, yet highly structured home for all of your riding essentials. The prototyping process took close to two years with countless iterations, a few failures and finally, a bag that’s pretty dang perfect.
